The Arts in Rome 2019 Prize aims to participate in the Correspondences event, which will take place in October 2019 at the Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome. Before reaching this prestigious goal, the competition foresees the exhibition of 21 works in a prestigious exhibition venue in Rome in May 2019.

Participating in the competition means giving visibility to your work thanks to the possibility of participating in the Contemporary Figurative Art Exhibition which will be organized at the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome in October 2019 for two weeks and to see your work published in the Catalog . The exhibition will be curated by the Art Critic Alessandra Redaelli who will choose the Contemporary Figurative Artists that will be on display and the winner of the Competition will have the opportunity to exhibit near these names, thus having the opportunity to receive visibility and create professional relationships.

The competition includes three categories, Painting, Drawing and Illustration; for the first 21 selected artists, the works of the best artists chosen by the Curatorial Committee will be the protagonists of an exhibition in a prestigious location in May 2019. Seven works for each category that will enjoy a dedicated event, with catalog and wide press release, thanks to the collaboration with a press office specialized in the artistic-cultural sector.

Exhibition at the Museum: The first selected for each category. The "Correspondences" exhibition will take place within the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome for 15 days from the end of October 2019, along with other events connected and organized by Arts in Rome. The winners will see their work exhibited in the same room with the likes of Carlo Maria Mariani, Luca Pignatelli, Roberta Coni, Davide Puma, Ciro Palumbo, Alessandra Carloni, Giampiero Abate, Gianluca Garofalo and Bianca Maria Scrugli. For this event, which will have a dedicated marketing and press campaign, a catalog with a critical text will be published. The curatorship is entrusted to the critic and curator Alessandra Redaelli

Gallery Award: Among all participants, only one candidate from the Drawing / Painting Section and one from the Drawing / Illustration section will be chosen from among all the participants (even if they are not part of the finalists or winners). The selection of the Gallery Award winners will be made by the Galleries themselves who offered their participation in the Competition. DRAWING / PAINTING SECTION: “Triphè” Gallery based in Rome and Cortona (AR) selects, among all the participants, the artist who stands out the most and offers a 15-day Personal Exhibition at his own exhibition space in via delle Fosse di Castello 2, including vernissage with cocktail, press office communication and brochure DRAWING / ILLUSTRATION SECTION: the affiliated Gallery will be published as soon as possible.
