Fabio Giovannini works and carves wood drawing inspiration from the past and from his greatest artists. With nearly thirty years of experience in cabinet making and restoration of any wood surface, manufactures furniture, carvings and inlays of all kinds. The creation and implementation takes time, passion and patience, but guarantees top results with high quality materials and techniques handed down by the masters.Fabio Giovannini, who is capable of making anything in any style of antique furniture, can develop ideas based on paper or clay models. He can turn them into wooden works made by hand. Vecchia Maniera, the name of his workshop, is a true philosophy of life and work. Here he use methods of the past as well as glues, colors and paints of yesteryear.
Each piece is produced in limited series or as a unique piece through special processes and fine finishes, stressing on the extreme attention to detail. The wood used is solid, and with his strength and authenticity he gives an added value to all works and furniture. The shop is located in Campagnano, in the province of Rome, on the border with Tuscia, where everything is tangible and coming down a few steps: you can admire not only the manufactured products as well as those being processed. You can follow all the steps of the birth of various components, from the smallest to the biggest ones.
