A future of Italian and Chinese movies is the result of the Sino-Italian Film Culture Development Fund. Authorized by the Chinese government for the next five years with 600 million dollars in three progressive tranches, the Fund has been established to provide support for Italian and Chinese films, to promote young talents and to contribute to the growth of Sino-Italian and Sino-European movies starting from younger generations of authors.
 
This important event is within the framework of the activities of the China Film Forum for the third year during the Venice Days and the exchange activities between Italy and China supported by Minister Dario Franceschini, who this year chose an extensive comparison between the two film industries for the Focus on China in Venice sponsored by MiBACT. 

The Chinese delegation led by Jiang Bo, President of the Shanghai Film Art Academy, will also be engaged in the development of the Asian Pacific Art Film Festival, a platform for cultural exchange between Europe and China that for the next five years, will focus on the promotion and training initiatives to encourage and foster young talents of the two film industries.
 
The China Film Forum, sponsored by the Venice Days, along with Bridging the Dragon and Doc / it, has had an outstanding participation of Italian, European and Chinese authors, experts, spectators. The presidents of the Italian association of authors, Francesco Martinotti (ANAC) and Francesco Bruni (100autori), have proposed regular meetings exchange between authors and have pointed out that for the first time the theme of shared creativity was at the center dialogue, a necessary condition to raise investment and support co-productions.
