Terminillo Film Festival
Terminillo FILM FESTIVAL is the first winter festival dedicated to Italian comedy in one of the most charming places of the Central Apennines.
In its glorious past of the Terminillo, it has been the set of many films over the years 60/70, and it has instilled in Alessandro Micheli and Francesco Apolloni, who is also the artistic director, the idea of the Festival, which will see the mountain, with its history, its landscapes and its ski slopes, the protagonist of the seventh art.
Thanks to the collaboration with Claudio Talocci, president of the Rieti Film Commission, and Claudio Ponzani, the backbone of the event, the Festival will be an important opportunity to appreciate the guests (actors, directors, producers) the extraordinary beauty of the Terminillo also order to involve them in film productions, as has happened in other Italian places, creating jobs for both operators and local businesses.
The renovated Cinema Teatro Tree Faggi will be available for projections and the Conference of the City of Rieti for conferences, meetings and institutional debates on the mountain, on the development of the territory and cultural meetings.
Moreover, in different showrooms along the streets of the town, exhibitions, galleries on the mountain, sport, the environment and nature will be exhibited.
Paola Cortellesi and director Riccardo Milani present a preview of their Mamma e Papà, as well as Ricky Memphis, Francesco Montanari, Francesco Apolloni, Primo Reggiani, Adriana Romero and Astrid Herrera Pinero and the road movie by Roberto Capucci Ovunque tu sarai. The Terminillo Film Festival will also host many interpreters of the short films in competition, among others Francesco Pannofino, Giorgio Colangeli, Ambra Angiolini and Daniele Liotti.
