Take a shot at your future
For the International Youth Day 2017, the European Union and the OECD Development Center, within the framework of the Youth Involvement Project, invites to share their ideas and aspirations about the future through a photo.
The photo competition of youth looks to the future by asking young photographers to present photos that represent youth aspirations and the future of work with their eyes. The aim of the competition is to capture the diversity of youth aspirations around the world and influence the political debate to improve the future of youth work and ensure comprehensive policies.
The competition can be attended by young people aged between 18 and 30, coming from any country. Participants can submit up to a maximum of three photos by e-mail to Dev.YouthInclusion@oecd.org no later than 12 November 2017 (midnight in Paris). All entries must include the enrollment form. A group of judges will evaluate the photos according to their relevance with the aim of the competition: photo / lighting composition; creativity and originality; caption.
In addition, two best photos will be selected and the winners will receive sponsorships to attend the final conference of the EU-OECD Development Youth Inclusion Project in Paris, France. Travel expenses to and from Paris, 3 days of board and board are the responsibility of the organizer. Winning photos and other exceptional photos will be displayed online on the OECD Development Center website.
