The new must-have for lovers of public art, street art, muralism is called STREETART ROMA and is an app designed and developed by Artribune together with Toyota: this is the first guide - available in Italian and English - for mobile devices, with which to orient yourself in the mural landscapes scattered in the Capital.
A project tailored to tourists and citizens, art professionals and enthusiasts; another challenge where many works have been selected, geo-located, told, photographed and stored in urban space, to be known and traced through tablets and smartphones. StreetArt Roma lets you find a wide selection of artist wallpapers on the city map (in traditional, satellite or hybrid format), marked with captions, information cards, pictures and videos.
Additionally, depending on the location, you can identify which murals are closest to you, thus choosing what to reach. Thanks to the geolocation you can calculate the route (by car or on foot) that will lead you in the fastest way in front of the mural you want to see closely. In addition, by browsing the list of catalogued murals and also using a search box and a set of filters, cross-searches can be made based on key criteria: author, neighbourhood, year of creation. The project is curated by Artribune realized with the support of Toyota and sponsored by Rome Capital.
