A real opportunity for professional symphonic music. Officially founded in 1585,the National Academy of Santa Cecilia, one of the oldest musical institutions in the world, launched a public notice for permanent employment in the role of first kettledrums and third horn with the obligation of the first and the Wagner tuba.

An international call for professionals of the field, which will offer to the winners the opportunity to become orchestral musicians, with the 2nd level of the art of the national collective bargaining agreement applicable to  employees from the opera and symphony foundations. Applicants must have musci high school diploma for the instrument for which they participate, awarded by a Conservatory or Musical Institute or an equivalent qualification if obtained abroad, and being Italian citizens or one of the EU countries or non-EU citizens legally resident in Italy but with a regular residence permit.

How to participate
An application for admission must be sent to the Foundation by October 15, 2016 and may be submitted online, by filling in every part the form published on the dedicated website.
