Cartoonists and illustrators, get ready: Romics is coming back. The largest exhibition dedicated to comics, video games, cinema and cosplaying is preparing to turn 19. Where? The seat is Fiera di Roma. When? From April 7 to 10, when Rome will host this multi genre entertainment and comic convention. Let’s have a look at the 2016 edition line-up: Go Nagai, father of UFO Robot Grendizer, Jeeg or Devil Man will be at the event on Sunday, April 10, at 12:00 at the Romics Pala for being awarded the Golden Romics. Moreover William Simpson and Averardo Ciriello, respectively the storyboard artist of 'Games of Throne' and the great illustrator of film posters will be at the event. The most famous YouTubers will attend Romics and for the first time visitors will have the chance to meet them beyond the computer screen.

What happens at the Regione Lazio’s stand
Regione Lazio has decided to have a totally new approach to Romics, focusing on young people, with a modern and interactive stand. Here people can find information about the program "GenerAzioni, Latium invests in the future". The program is described through a special edition comics about masters, work experience around the world, EU calls for creating new businesses, projects and funding to help those who have a creative idea. Talking about contests and events, Regione Lazio introduces a great news: the Comics Meeting & Lab / Lazio Creativo, a common space where the greatest comic artists and newcomers can meet. How? First of all, you can submit your work to experts. Then, on a wall, a space coordinated by the multi-talented David Vecchiato, great and new talents can express their creativity working together. Last but not least a forum has been set up: it is the agora of creativity, Comics & Meeting Lab, which will host workshops, conferences, meet & greet.

The Movie Village
The Movie Village, a space curated by Max Giovagnoli, will be set up: a space dedicated not only to the best of films coming out in spring and summer. The Movie Village will host a set of meetings with great artists and professionals, Italian talents who work in the majors and on the sets of international live action productions, animation and special effects.
