Rome Art Week [RAW] consolidates its annual artistic initiative, aiming to provide a new impetus to the production and market of contemporary capital art - involving for a week the entire city of Rome through the promotion of events and artistic projects organized by exhibition structures, artists and curators operating in the city.
RAW aims to unite the world of contemporary art of the capital and to provide a comprehensive overview of national and international audiences: the goal is to align with other European capitals, where Art Week or Art Gallery Weekend, giving birth to a demonstration - a useful tool for knowledge, depth and market impetus and art communication - capable of revitalizing the artistic, cultural and tourist ferment of Rome.
Artists will open the doors of their studios to show their research and, in some cases, engage them in creative work; groups of artists, critics and curators will present to the public their avant-garde cultural projects in unusual exhibition spaces.
