Muri Sicuri 2019
On March 16 and 17, "Safe walls", the two-day initiative to discover the sreet art at Quadraro and raise funds in particular for Grisciano, tragically struck by the 2016 earthquake, now in its third edition, the initiative of one hundred guides of Rome comes to an all-female edition. Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March 2019 the guides will accompany visitors, large and small, to explore the works of street art in the Roman district that for some years has become a splendid open-air museum thanks to the project M.U.Ro. 4
The walls painted live will be two, in Via Fabrizio Luscino 14 and in Via Selinunte 49, as well as the artists: Alice Pasquini and Alessandra Carloni. Participants will be able to watch live the creation of the two works that will be realized thanks to more than one hundred professional guides who have decided to finance them and to the condominiums of the buildings that wanted to offer the facades to the initiative. Certain that beauty and solidarity can coexist and transform gray into art and citizens into protagonists, all the organizers and artists aim to replicate the success of previous editions and collect many donations thanks to the generosity of the participants.
The visits, lasting about an hour and a half, will be on donation. The proceeds will go directly to the current account of the "Amici di Grisciano" Association.
