KILL THE PIG
KILL THE PIG was born out of a shameless and incontrovertible passion for art. It wants art to be a disruptive and revolutionary action, by moving art from inside to outside.
Out of the polished galleries there are places that seem like boutiques for a few elected. KILL THE PIG lives the road, colors it, the soul, the world is the canvas to live and color. It is the participation of all, actively and inclusive, in the realization of every form of art, no exclusion. From the art and pictorial arts, passing through the visual arts, street art, poetry, theater, body art.
The Association's manifesto is based on the famous Pink Floyd's Animals album released in 1977 that contains the songs Pigs on the Wing, an unusual breeding love song and Pigs (Three Different Ones) track that denounces "pigs", that are people "fattening" behind the others: exploiters, businessmen, politicians. A song of strong social denunciation appears the Kill the Pig’s manifesto.
