Tucked away in a side street of Via Tuscolana, Graff Dream is the most relevant shop for graffiti and hip-hop lovers. A real landmark for the urban culture in Rome, if you think that to celebrate its nine years of activity, a jam attended by artists like Keen, Beat, Lucci, Howen, Horg, Shemo and many others was organised in the campaign office of the pavilion 26 of the former Fiera di Roma.
Among them, Mathieu Romeo, better known as "Trout", stood out as historical name of Italian writers. But that is not all. He is the owner, together with a partner, of the Graff Dream: "Our shop is unique - he says proudly - because we are the ones who have the best products at the lowest prices in Italy". From spray cans for graffiti and murals to the marker for writing, street art, sketching, custom design and graphics, up to books for writers and the best selection of Italian underground rap and street wear (shirts, hats, sweatshirts), Graff Dream is now the flagship store for the street art in Italy. Over time, it has become a “must” for those who want to keep up with the trends of urban cultures.
Some examples? The store at Via Noto 35 is the only place where you can buy the unreleased vinyl "Coup De Grace", 180-gram gatefold limited edition. This is the famous one thousand copies in white vinyl with black sketches. Of equal importance, is the exclusive opportunity to purchase the new METAL CARTER T-shirt autographed by HOT BOYS and tickets to the most exclusive concerts. Graff Dream also organises events related to graffiti and hip-hop world. This is where Giada Pellicari, contemporary art curator, presented her book "Scrivere di writing". Last April, Maquesta Records launched #JUSTIN on the market, the latest Jesto’s concept album, the most revolutionary Italian rapper. Obviously, Jesto also chose Graff Dream to present his album and to meet his fans.
