The second edition of FLeB - the Festival of short Literature, will be held in Tarquinia from 22 to 25 September 2016.
The festival is a project of the City of Tarquinia and 'the Department of Culture and Youth Policy of the Lazio Region, organized by A.T.C.L - Theatrical Association of the municipalities of Lazio.
The event will be held in three places: the square of the Church of Santa Maria in Castello, the courtyard of the National Etruscan Museum and the Municipal Library Vincenzo Cardarelli.
Meetings, shows, concerts, screenings and workshops will be held during the event to think about what and how social media have transformed both our public and private lives.
Shows and meetings are free.
Lessons of poetry, workshops for composing short stories and haiku and again sms, blog, tweet and chat. Writers, scholars, actors, poets and musicians will analyze Short or abbreviated sentences as well as the speed of discourse and conversation, not only in term of personal relationships but also in the relationship between media and audience.
Among the protagonists of the Festival, Ascanio Celestini will propose dens short stories, told around a table, to dinner; the songwriter Calcutta, music phenomenon of this year and main protagonist of both real and virtual squares; Niccolò Fabi with the journalist and radio host John Vignola tell us how to 'build' a song.
The second edition of FLeB - Festival of short Literature, includes important collaborations: Fondazione Romaeuropa, Cineteca di Bologna, the publisher Minimum Fax and observatory on the story CATTEDRALE.
