Faber School Digital Manufacturing
Lazio Innova in collaboration with Roland DG Mid Europe Ltd, DWS Systems, Trotec Laser Italia, Zortrax, presents the Faber School "Digital Manufacturing", the initiative aimed at students, entrepreneurs, makers, designers and young talents, in the age group 14 -35 years, wishing to acquire the basic skills in the main areas of digital manufacturing and to realize an idea, from the development of a prototype to the creation of design or interactive objects, to the reuse of easily recoverable industrial production objects, through the technologies and the FabLab materials (ie 3D printers, cutting lasers, milling machines, etc.).
The Faber School will take place from 21 to 25 May (10.00 am - 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 6.00 pm) at the FabLab of the Spazio Attivo of Rome Casilina (in via Casilina 3 / T). From May 28th to June 8th, participants can take extra hours.
The participants, who will be selected on the basis of the chronological order of arrival of the application form, must have the following requisites: ability to efficiently and fluently use a personal computer and the main office automation products; no previous programming experience in software is required. The use of your notebook is required.
