Choreographic DNAppunti is a project of support for young Italian choreographers, promoted and supported in collaboration between Cango / Centro di produzione on the languages ​​of the body and dance Florence. Choreographic DNAppunti includes different phases of research and creation: collection of proposals, vision of studies, creative residencies, contribution to production.

The aim of the project is to identify a young choreographer or a young Italian choreographer with an idea to develop, to offer a research path with heterogeneous support: traveling creative residences, economic resources and visibility.

Participation is aimed at young under 35 Italian choreographers, the artists must not be born before 1983, each participant can present a single choreography project, and in collaboration, only if the project's signatories are under 35. The project presented must be unpublished or still developing. Projects already presented to the public will not be admitted, with the exception of the form in the studio or open residence. The form to be filled in for your application will be asked to indicate any past and scheduled public presentations.

Participation is free and is completed by submitting your application via the on-line form, where you can access the form on the page dedicated to DNA on the website of each project partner.

Within the presentation of their choreographic notes, a production plan of the proposed idea and an idea of ​​project development during the residency phases must be included. The registration form must be completed in its entirety and accompanied by the supplementary materials required. It is possible to upload the documents directly in the registration form.

A jury of experts will identify and assign to the project with the greatest potential the path of research support for 2019.
