The Lazio Region approved today the requirements for the identification and recognition of premises, shops and historical activities, for the purpose of activating the special section of the revolving fund - worth two million euros - for the small credit for the granting of loans at reduced rates.

The recipients of support measures are local and historical shops, art workshops and historical activities (commercial, supply, craft or mixed activities including markets, cinemas, theaters, bookshops and bookshops) that are located in the regional territory. and whose activity has been documented with continuity for at least fifty years.

In particular as regards the premises and the historical shops, these must be placed in buildings of particular historical-artistic and architectural value, attested through the production of the declaration of cultural interest, in which it is regularly carried out, in a documentable way, continuously from at least 50 years, the same commercial, artisanal, commercial activity.

As far as the art shops inside them are concerned, it has been regularly carried out, in a documentary way, continuously for at least 50 years, a manual, not serial, activity of creation and production of artistic handicrafts, also through the use of processing techniques typical of the regional tradition, by the same subject, his descendants, heirs or cause.

For historical activities, however, these must be carried out, in a documentable manner, continuously for at least 50 years, in the same premises, by the same subject, by his descendants, heirs or having lawsuits without any change in product type or administration; in the case of a company, the continuity of the same subject, descendants, heirs or assignees is verified with reference to the members who are unlimitedly responsible for partnerships and to majority shareholders for joint-stock companies.
